What I Do

I help people move better, get stronger, and feel great by focusing on what truly works. Every plan I create is personal. There are no cookie-cutter workouts or fad diets here. It’s about understanding your goals, your lifestyle, and where you are right now, so we can build something sustainable together.

Personal Training

If you prefer working face to face, one-to-one training is the most effective way to learn how to move with confidence and purpose. Every session is tailored to your current level and the results you want to achieve. We’ll focus on improving your strength, your movement, and your consistency, so you can see real progress that lasts.

Sessions are 60 minutes long and scheduled around your routine. You can train with me in London, around the North and Hackney area, or online if you prefer. I’ll also stay in touch between sessions to keep you accountable and make sure you’re moving forward. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been training for years, I’ll help you train smarter and get results you can be proud of.

Online Coaching

If you have a busy schedule or prefer to train in your own space, my online coaching gives you the structure and accountability you need without having to meet in person. I’ll design a training plan that fits your goals and your routine, and I’ll check in regularly to make sure everything’s working for you.

You’ll receive a fully personalised programme with guidance on technique, video feedback when needed, and weekly reviews to keep you on track. It’s a flexible and effective way to stay consistent, no matter where you are.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching

Training alone isn’t enough. The way you eat and live every day plays a huge role in your results. I’ll help you make small, realistic changes to your nutrition and habits that you can actually maintain over time.

We’ll work together to find an approach that fits your preferences, your lifestyle, and your goals. There are no restrictive meal plans or quick fixes, just simple, evidence-based strategies that build lasting results. Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain strength, or improve your energy and focus, I’ll help you create a lifestyle that supports it.

Why Train With Me

I’ve spent years helping people transform how they look, move, and feel through a blend of training, nutrition, and lifestyle support. My background includes qualifications as an MNU Certified Nutritionist, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Olympic Lifting Coach, and Pre/Post-Natal specialist.

Everything I do is based on evidence and experience. I’ll explain the “why” behind what we do, and I’ll support you every step of the way. I’m based in London and also work with clients remotely around the world. Whether you want to build strength, improve performance, or feel more confident in your body, I’ll help you make lasting progress.
