Sprinting is one of my favourite ways to Blast body fat whilst maintaining muscle and improving your fitness FAST!

PLUS its way more fun than going on long runs!

Here are some Sessions for you to try:

Sprint sessions (outdoor/track)

Sprint session #1Total distance = 1020m

Plyometric/Sprints sessionA short session (20-30mins)
Mostly jumps, lower impact on the knees
